Spring Loaded Buckle:

Nickel-plated buckle clasps strap inside the tire and prevents the rear tire from jumping out of track.

Carabiner J Hooks:

J hooks with carabiner hook & lock to anchor points & reduce tie down time.

Working load limit: 70 lbs.

Breaking Load Limit: 210 lbs.
