Shipping & returns
Most orders will ship within 24 - 48 hours. In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order in a timely manner due to inventory constraints, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please be sure to provide your contact information. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend that you phone it in at 707-580-6782 to be sure it can be processed and shipped in time to meet your needs.
Most orders will be shipped using UPS Ground Service as our primary carrier, this includes all items marked with free shipping. UPS cannot make deliveries to a P.O.Box. Occasionally, we will use USPS for lightweight items in order to save the customer on shipping costs.
We will only charge the appropriate UPS shipping fees. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed on all orders as soon as they become available if e-mail addresses are provided. On orders drop shipped directly to you, we will do our best to provide you with a tracking number from the vendor or manufacturer.
Hawaii & Alaska Residents: We have two flat rate shipping prices for smaller items to be sent via Priority Mail. If your order total weighs more than 10 lbs and/or does not fit into the USPS Flat Rate shipping boxes, we will calculate your shipping costs manually and contact you as quickly as possible to be sure if you'd like to proceed with your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all returns must have a phone authorization, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Depending on item to be returned, a restocking charge up to 15% may be assessed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, hydration mixes, personal care items, and supplements, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned.
There will be no refund on Shipping charges incurred for either direction whether paid up front by buyer or Nor Cal Spinners, Special Order Items, or Electrical Parts Installed. All shipments approved to be returned must be prepaid and should be insured for your protection. We cannot be held responsible for lost or mis-directed returns by carriers.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer with out prior authorization. Drop ship orders from a third party vendor may incur additional return fees and will be handled on a vendor to vendor basis.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery but has special approval.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
