Handlebar cuff, ratcheting tie-down system with carabiner hooks developed by MotoTote after 25 years of hauling experiences. Designed to provide an alternative tie-down location on handlebars up to 32" wide and to reduce loading time.

Adjustable Handlebar Cuffs:
Polyester-sewn handlebar cups provide scratch free connections to handlebars grips up to 32" wide.
Ratcheting:
Click & lock mechanism tighens simply with lever. Releases with an opposing lever.
Strap Bands:
Plastic band manages strap excess & simplifies tie down process.
Carabiner Hooks:
S hooks with carabiner hook & locks to anchor points & reduces tie down time.
